Nice to meet you! I'm Jenn. I am a Quaker, wife, mother, midwife, and farmer. I live with my family on a small farm near Hastings, Michigan, where we homeschool our two youngest children and raise animals and vegetables. I wanted to be a mother for as long as I can remember, and because I have loved being pregnant and birthing and mothering my children, I felt called to be with others in their journey. I am a mom of three (Emma, Rosa, Micah), stepmom of two (Kellen & Dylan) and surrogate mom of one (Jameson). I am a Certifed Professional Midwife, certified through NARM (North American Registry of Midwives). Prior to that I was a La Leche League Leader and a Birth Doula for nine years. I attend births in Hastings, Kalamazoo, Battle Creek, and surrounding areas in West Michigan. In my free time I like to read, experiment in the kitchen, make soap, and play with herbs.
